Per‑Person Estimates

  • Drop‑Off Catering: $12–$20 pp
  • Hors d’oeuvres Reception: $18–$32 pp
  • Buffet Dinner: $20–$35 pp
  • Plated Dinner: $35–$55 pp
  • Kids (10 & under): ~50% of adult price

Typical Add‑Ons

  • Service Charge: 18–22% (covers admin & BOH)
  • Staffing: $25–$40/hr per server or chef (4‑hour min)
  • Rentals: Tables, chairs, linens, china (quoted)
  • Delivery: $25–$95 within 25 miles (distance & load‑in)
  • Disposable Ware: $1.50–$3.00 pp

  • Minimums: $600 weekdays; $1,200 Fri–Sun
  • Deposit: 25% to reserve date; balance due 7 days prior

Do you provide rentals and staffing?
Yes. We can coordinate rentals (tables, chairs, linens, china) and provide servers, chefs, and bartenders. Staffing is billed hourly with a four‑hour minimum.
Can you handle dietary restrictions?
Yes—vegetarian, vegan, and gluten‑free options are available. Please include allergies in your request.
What about tastings?
Tastings are available by appointment. A tasting fee applies and is credited toward your event if you book.
Are you insured?
Yes. Proof of liability insurance is available upon request, and venues can be listed as additional insured when required.
